How it works for KastKard users

Earn from your profile in 5 simple steps

Enable sponsorships

Go to your public profile settings and toggle sponsorships on. Set your rate per day, week, or month and write a short description of what sponsors receive.

Set your rate

Choose how much you charge per day, week, or month. There is a platform minimum of $30 per campaign total.

Review incoming requests

When a sponsor submits a request you have 72 hours to approve or reject. You receive a reminder email before the deadline. Requests auto-reject if you don't respond.

Approve and go live

Once approved, the sponsor's card is charged and their banner appears on your profile for the agreed duration.

Receive weekly payouts

Earnings are processed every Monday. Add your payout info (PayPal, Venmo, Wise, or bank transfer) in the Payout tab of your Sponsorship settings.

Find a profile to sponsor

Visit any KastKard profile with sponsorships enabled. Click the Sponsor Me link on their profile page.

Submit your request

Fill out the form with your name, email, optional banner image, tagline, website URL, and your desired start and end dates.

Card authorized — not charged yet

Your card is authorized for the campaign amount but not charged immediately. The authorization is held until the profile owner responds.

Await approval

The profile owner reviews your request within 72 hours. You will receive an email notification whether it was approved or rejected.

Banner goes live

Upon approval your card is charged and your banner appears on the profile for the full duration you selected.

For sponsors

When will my card be charged?

Your card is authorized when you submit the request but only charged if and when the profile owner approves. If rejected or not approved, the authorization is cancelled and you are not charged.

What if my request is rejected?

If rejected — or auto-rejected after 72 hours — the card authorization is cancelled immediately. No charge is applied.

Can I cancel after being approved?

Once approved and charged, sponsorships are non-refundable. The payment was captured and the campaign is live. Please review your dates carefully before submitting.

What format should my banner be?

Recommended size is 1200×628px (16:9 aspect ratio). Maximum upload size is 20MB — images are automatically compressed before storage. Supported formats: JPG, PNG, WebP, GIF.

How early can I schedule a sponsorship?

Start dates must be at least 4 days from the date of submission. This gives the profile owner enough time to review and approve before your campaign begins.

How much do I earn per sponsorship?

You earn 80% of the total sponsorship amount. For example, if a sponsor pays $100 you receive $80. KastKard retains $20 (20%) as a platform fee.

When do I get paid?

Payouts are processed every Monday for all completed campaigns. You must have payout info set up (PayPal, Venmo, Wise, or bank transfer) in your Sponsorship settings to receive payments.

Can I reject any sponsorship?

Yes. You can reject any incoming request. Rejection cancels the Stripe authorization and the sponsor is not charged.

Can I have multiple sponsors at once?

One active sponsor banner displays at a time. Future sponsors can be scheduled in a queue for back-to-back campaigns.

Is my bank information secure?

Yes. Bank routing and account numbers are encrypted with AES-256-GCM and stored securely. Only masked values (e.g. ****1234) are ever shown in the interface.

Do I have to respond within 72 hours?

Yes. Pending requests auto-reject after 72 hours to protect the sponsor's card authorization. You will receive a reminder email before the deadline.
